Welcome to my kitchen! When I launched my 2020 side-hustle private chef service in December of 2020, I did it to satiate my need to cook for people - I couldn't entertain at my house, obviously - and my love language is to nourish people. I decided to get busy cooking for REAL. Cooking makes leftovers. Some of you don't like leftovers. I swear I can make more interesting meals - sometimes - from leftovers. Not just by heating up the leftovers, but by combining them and adding to them from the cupboard, the fridge and the freezer.
